1. Campaign Cancellation

2. How to Cancel a Campaign
- Log in to your Mirror DOOH account
- Navigate to your campaign dashboard
- Select the campaign you wish to cancel
- Click on "Cancel Campaign" and confirm your decision
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation email
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may add additional days
- You will receive email notification when refund is initiated
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Platform service fees on cancelled bookings
- Campaigns that have already started
- Custom creative production costs
- Rush delivery or priority placement fees
5. Campaign Modifications
Campaign modifications (dates, screens, content) may be possible depending on:
- Time remaining before campaign start
- Screen availability for new dates
- Operator approval of content changes
Modification requests should be submitted through the platform. Price differences may apply for changes that result in higher campaign costs.
6. Operator Cancellations
In the rare event that a screen operator cancels or is unable to fulfill a booking:
- You will receive a full refund for the affected screens
- We will attempt to offer alternative screens when available
- Additional compensation may be provided on a case-by-case basis
7. Technical Issues
If technical issues prevent your advertisement from being displayed as booked:
- Pro-rated refunds or make-good placements will be offered
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours of campaign completion
- Proof of non-delivery may be required
8. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, etc.) that prevent campaign delivery, full refunds or future credits will be provided. The specific remedy will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
9. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision:
- Contact our support team within 14 days
- Provide documentation supporting your claim
- Our team will review and respond within 5 business days
- Appeals can be escalated to management if needed
